摘要
提出了一种新颖的Ni-MH电池化成方法——反向预充法,即在Ni-MH电池化成中,首先,以小电流对电池进行反向预充电;然后,再按常规方法对电池进行化成,并对Ni-MH电池QNF25及其正负极的充放电性能进行了测试。结果表明,反向预充电量与负极配方直接影响反向预充化成的效果,采用反向预充法化成,QNF25的充电内压、倍率放电性能和低温(-35℃)下放电性能得到了明显改善,90次充放电循环后性能未见衰减,循环0.5C放电容量明显提高,自放电性能和高温放电性能无明显变化。
The paper presented a novel formation method of reverse charge in advance. The formation process of Ni-MH battery was that reverse charged with low current and then formed according to the conventional method, the performance of Ni-MH battery QNF25 and its positive and negative electrode were tested. Results showed that reverse charge capacity and prescription of the negative electrode directly affect the formation effects. Using the new formation method, the performance of QNF25 such as charge inner pressure, high-rate discharge ability and discharge ability at low temperature 35 ℃ were ob- viously improved, discharge ability after 90 cycles did not decrease, 0.5C discharge capacity in cycles increased obviously, a- bility of self-discharge and high-temperature discharge did not change.
