摘要
关于瞬时液相扩散焊接技术的研究对其在工业中的应用有重要的意义。管道遭腐蚀且管内压力较低时可采用套筒修复技术;但由于焊缝余高的存在,往往达不到技术要求。在不破坏缺陷管体原有外形的情况下,可采用瞬时液相扩散焊来修补管道裂纹与填补焊缝。本文提出了全新的焊接缺陷修复方式,并设计了焊接修补焊机,详细介绍了其工艺流程和结构。该焊机结构简单,安装方便,操作可靠,具有广泛的市场推广价值。
The research of the transient liquid phase diffusion welding technology flow in manufacture industry has im- portant meanings. When the pipe corroded and tubing pressure low, sleeve repair technology can be used, but due to the weld residual is high, it often not up to the technical requirements. With little damage to the original appearance defect tube body case, transient liquid phase diffusion welding was used to repair the pipeline crack and fill the weld. The paper put for ward a new way of repair welding defects, designed the welding repair equipment,process and structure were introduced in details. This machine has the characteristic of simple structure, convenient installation, and feasible operation, so it has the very high value of market promotion.
