摘要
研究超微物理粉碎和普通粉碎处理对铁皮石斛体外抗氧化功能特性的影响。分别采用4种不同的体外抗氧化模型:羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子(O2-·)、亚硝酸根离子(NO2-)、DPPH来检验铁皮石斛粉的抗氧化能力。结果表明:铁皮石斛超微粉和普通粉对·OH、O2-·、NO2-、DPPH自由基均具有较高的清除作用,且清除率在一定范围内随着提取液质量浓度的增加而增强。但铁皮石斛超微粉比普通粉在这4种体外抗氧化模型中具有更显著的自由基清除能力。
Aimed to investigate the effects of the ultrafine powder and ordinary powder in vitro antioxidant of Dendrobium candidum powder. Adopting 4 different invitro experiment models separately to exam the antioxidant activity of Dendrobium candidum powder: hydroxyl radicals(·OH), superoxide radical(O2-·), nitrite ions(NO2-) and DPPH. The results showed that the ultrafine powder and ordinary powder had high antioxidant activity in the ·OH, O2-·, NO2-and DPPH, and the antioxidant activity of Dendrobium candidum powder was linear with its' concentration. In addition, the ultrafine powder had higher radical scavenging activity in the 4 different antioxidant models of invitro.
