摘要
帕累托改进是解决企业"委托-代理"矛盾的重要举措。对于委托人强势的企业,帕累托改进的重点在于提高经理人在企业管理中的地位,使经理人的利益得到提升;对于经理人强势的企业,则要完善经理人激励体系,使委托人利益得到保障。
Pareto improvement is an important measure to solve “principal-agent contradictions”in the enterprise .As for those enterprises in which principals are universally dominant ,Pareto improvement will focus on raising executives’ status in business management .On the contrary ,the key to achieve Pareto improvement is to perfect the incentive system ,protecting the principals’ benefit .
