摘要
在全面实施人才强国战略目标中,培养拔尖创新型人才是高等教育的立足点,研究生教育是培养创新型人才的主要源泉,拔尖创新型人才培养目标促进了研究生辅导员队伍建设,同时对研究生辅导员提出了更高的要求。
In the overall implementation of talents strategy for powerful nation, cultivating top-notch innovative talents of full development is the foothold of higher education. Graduate education is the main source of cultivating innovative talents. The goal of cultivating top-notch innovative talents promotes the team construction of graduate counselors and at the same time proposes higher requirements on graduate counselors.
