Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,Prof.Zhang Yun and his doctorial student Dong Mei from Shandong University in collaboration with Prof.Cao Yihai from Karolinska Institute published an important research finding in an article entitled'Cold-induced UCP1-dependent lipolysis promotes atherosclerotic plaque growth and instability'in Cell Metabolism(2013,18(1):118—129).
