摘要
电网建设规模日益扩大,新技术、新材料以及新设备的应用等都迫切需要大量开拓型、学习型高素质的技术、技能人才。本文首先分析现有培训存在的问题,然后从3个方面阐述如何提升电网建设专业各类人才培训质量,分别从师资队伍建设、重视课题研究开发以及改变培训模式等方面充分发现、挖掘、培养学员的潜在能力,做到教学相长,从而培养出高素质的专业人才队伍。
Power grid construction scale expands day by day, use of the new technology, new material and new equipment urgently need a lot of pioneering,learning skill,skilled talents.In this paper,open question in the existing training was analyzed,then 3 counter plans were put forward to improve the talent training quality of the power grid construction.By teaching staff construction,attaching great importance to the project research and development and change the training mode,the potential ability of student was developed.Consequently teaching benefits teachers as well as students, and high quality talent team is cultivated.
