摘要 测定了Nd3+ ∶Gd0 .2 Y0 .8Al3(BO3) 4 -K2 MO3O10 B2 O3生长体系的生长温度曲线 ,生长出尺寸达32mm的Nd3+ ∶Gd0 .2 Y0 .8Al3(BO3) 4 激光晶体 ,并从中切割出尺寸为 4mm× 5mm× 6mm的优质激光器件 ,采用钛宝石模拟LD泵浦 ,在 1.0 6 μm处得到 4 8mW的激光输出 ,激光阈值 17mW ,光 光转换效率为 2 0 %。 The liquids temperature curve for the system of Nd 3+ ∶Gd 0.2 Y 0.8 Al 3(BO 3) 4 - K 2MO 3O 10 B 2O 3 was determined by means of differential thermal analysis(DTA),and large crystals of Nd 3+ ∶Gd 0.2 Y 0.8 Al 3(BO 3) 4 with dimensions of up to 32mm have been grown from a K 2MO 3O 10 B 2O 3 flux.From the grown crystal boule,a high quality laser bulk crystal with dimensions of 4mm×5mm×6mm was cut out,and it's absorption spectrum has been measured.A laser output of 48mW at 1.06μm with an optical to optical efficiency of 20% and a laser output of 78mW at 1.3μm with an optical to optical efficiency of 9.75% were obtained when this crystal was pumped by a Ti sapphire laser.
