摘要
采用微量化样品处理技术处理蜂蜜样品 ,残留物经正己烷 -丙酮提取后 ,进行液 -液分配净化 ,反相液相色谱法测定氟胺氰菊酯残留量 ,检测波长 2 5 6nm ,外标法定量。测定低限为0 0 0 5mg/kg ,回收率 >85 % ,变异系数 <3%。
