丙酮-超声萃取法测定酚醛胶重组竹板材中游离苯酚

Study on the acetone-ultrasonic extraction method for determination free phenol in PF reconsolidated bamboo board

摘要 采用丙酮-超声萃取法采集酚醛胶重组竹板材中的游离苯酚,用气相色谱定量,考察了超声处理、样品量、样品尺寸、样品浸胶量等因素对游离苯酚采集效率的影响。试验结果表明:超声处理、适当小的样品颗粒尺寸均有利于有机溶剂萃取法采集游离苯酚;在一定范围内,试样量对相同萃取条件下游离苯酚萃取量的影响不大;采用超声-丙酮萃取法所得游离苯酚基本来源于酚醛树脂。此方法用于采集酚醛胶人造板中游离苯酚,简单高效。 In the paper, the free phenol in PF reconsolidated bamboo board was collected by acetone-ultrasonic extraction method and determined by GC. The effect of ultrasonic treatment, resin content, amount and size of sample on the extraction efficiency of free phenol were investigated. The experimental results showed that it was efficient for free phenol collecting when treated by ultrasonic and appropriate small size of sample. Within certain range, there was little effect of the amount of sample on the extract content of free phenol. The free phenol almost all contributed by PF resin and the acetone-ultrasonic extraction method was simple and efficient for the extraction of free phenol.
