摘要
为了更好地利用工业大麻纤维的废弃物工业大麻秆,利用单因素法分析了板材密度、施胶量和刨花形态对工业大麻秆刨花板保温性能的影响。研究结果表明,板材密度、施胶量和刨花形态对刨花板的保温性能具有明显的影响,随着板材密度的增加,板材的导热系数也增加,当密度为0.25g/cm^3时板材的导热系数最小。随着板材施胶量的增加,板材的导热系数增加;随着刨花尺寸的减小板材的导热系数也减小,当刨花为20-30目时,板材的导热系数最小,为0.050W/m·k。总之,利用工业大麻秆制备保温材料是可行的。
To use the industrial hemp stalk (wastes of hemp fibre) better, studied the influence of density, resin added amount and particle size on the insulation properties of hemp stalk based particle board panels. The results shown that the density, resin added amount and fiber size had great influence on the insulation properties of hemp stalk based particle board panels. As the increasing of panel density, resin added amount and particle size, the thermal conductivity of panels was increasing also; When the panel density was 0.25g/cm^3, the resin added amount was 2% and the fiber size was between 20-30 mesh, the thermal conductivity of panels was smallest and it was 0.050W/m.k. In a word, it was feasible to make heat insulating materials with industrial hemp stalk.
