摘要
以变速箱壳为研究对象,利用有限元分析方法得到变速箱壳的固有频率和振型。运用锤击法对变速箱壳进行试验模态分析,得到模态参数,将试验模态与仿真计算的结果进行比较,验证了有限元分析结果的可靠性。在此基础上对结构进行修改,并进行有限元分析验证,改进后变速箱壳的各阶固有频率得到提高,增加了整体刚度。
The inherent frequencies and vibrant mode of the transmission housing were calculated by using finite element method. The experimental modal analysis of the transnission housing was performed by the method of using the hammer percussion, and the modal parameters were obtained. The experimental modal and simulation results were compared to verify reliability of the results of the finite element analysis. On the basis of this, the structural parameters were modified, and finite element analysis of the modified structure was performed based on the well-established finite element model. The results show the inherent frequencies of the improved transmission housing structure are improved, and the overall stiffness is increased.
