摘要
介绍了莱钢型钢炼铁厂400m^2烧结机布料系统存在的问题和改造实践，通过实施九辊布料器改造、去除扇形门、增加泥辊刮料刀、增设布料压辊和平料器等一系列措施，使其布料效果得到显著提高，烧结各项经济技术指标得到稳步提升。
This paper introduced the existing problems of distributing system in 400 ㎡ sintering machine of the ironmaking plant of Yinshan Section Steel Com. , Ltd. and the corresponding improvement prac- tice. By a series of measures, such as improving the distributing device with nine rollers, removing the fan-shaped gate, adding the scraping blade at mud roll, putting up the distributing compression roller and the flat feeder, the distributing effect was increased obviously and the economic and technical indexes in sintering process were steadily promoted.
