摘要
针对Q345B钢带在冷弯制管过程中出现的开裂现象,通过分析断裂件的化学成分、夹杂物以及观察金相组织、SEM显微组织,结果表明钢带中存在的大量魏氏组织是造成冷弯试样开裂的主要原因。
Aiming at the cracking phenomenon occurring in the cold blending pipe-making process of Q345B steel strip, the chemical components, inclusions of broken sample were analyzed, and its OM, SEM microstrueture were observed, thus, the result shows that, the main cracking reason of cold blend- ing sample is the existence of a large number of widmannstatten microstructure in steel strip.
