UV固化水性环氧丙烯酸树脂的研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用环氧丙烯酸树脂与偏苯三酸酐合成了不同羧基含量的水溶性感光树脂。测定了不同羧基含量的水溶性树脂的固化速度和水溶性 ,研究了固体份、中和剂及中和程度等对树脂水溶性能及感光性能的影响。对上述树脂进行了水溶性能的测试 ,表明树脂的的水溶性随羧基含量的增加而增加 ,随固含量的提高而提高 ,并且受中和剂种类的影响。对上述树脂进行了感光性能的测试 ,表明树脂的固化速率随中和程度的提高而提高 ,不预烘干的树脂快于烘干的树脂 ,并且 ,随偏苯三酸酐含量的增加 ,固化速度减慢。 Radiation- curable,waterborne products are rapid growth in the marketplace as a result of both technological advances and increasing environmental pressures to reduce volatile organic compounds( VOCs) .Advantages of water- based radiation curing include lower cost, lower viscosity, sprayability, easier clean- up, lower flamability and reduced irritation problems. It also present novel design opportunities because aqueous systems make it possible to acquire higher molecular weights without depending on the formulating viscosity. In this article,epoxy acrylic resin and 1,2,4- benzenetricarboxylic anhydride are used to produce water- soluble radiation- curable resins with different content of carboxyl group. UV- curing speed and water- solubility of different carboxy group content water- soluble radiation- curable resins are studied; solid content, salt forming agent and the degree of salt forming are also studied. From the study of these resins water- solubility,we find that when content of carboxyl group,solid content,and the degree of salt forming are increased independently, resins water- solublity is enhanced. We also find the uv- curing speed is higher, if the degree of salt forming is increased or the film is not dried before uv- curing. And if the content of 1,2,4- benzenetricarboxylic anhydride is increased,the uv- curing speed will slow down.
