摘要
急性心肌梗塞是内科危急重症之一，在病人已经安全地度过了急性期后，恢复期的护理对于疾病的发展、转归、预后有直接的关系。笔者通过对32例急性心肌梗塞患者恢复期的心理、疼痛、饮食、排便护理以及做好健康指导，对缓解或减少心绞痛的发作，提高治愈率，防治并发症，提高病人的生活质量具有重要意义。
acute myocardial infarction is one of the medical emergency and severe cases, the patient has been safely after acute stage,recovery of nursing care for the progress of the disease have a direct relationship,outcome and prognosis. The author based on 32 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarc- tion convalescence of psychological,and pain nursing care, diet, defecation and effective health guidance, to alleviate or reduce the onset of angina pectoris,im- prove the cure rate,the prevention and treatment of complications,improve patient＇s quality of life is of great significance.
