摘要
目的：探讨人工髋关节置换老年不稳定型人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：就我院2002年至2012年之间人工髋关节置换治疗的70例老年股骨粗隆间骨折进行回顾性分析。结果：本组患者男性37例，女性33例，年龄65～94岁，平均住院时间23天，骨折平均愈合时间12周。关节功能：按Harris评分，优15例，良43例，可12例，差0例。结论：对于老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折，选择人工髋关节置换是非常有效的方法。
Objective： To study the unstable type artificial hip replacement old age femoral intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical curative effect. Methods： our hospital from 2002 to 2012, this decade artificial hip replacement treatment of 70 cases of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 37 cases of patients with men,women,33 patients,aged from 65 to 94,the average hospitalization time 23 days,average fracture healing time of 12 weeks. Joint func- tion： according to Harris score, 15 cases,43 cases, 12 cases,0 cases. Conclusion： the elderly unstable intertrochanteric fractures, choice of artificial hip replacement is a very effective method.
