摘要
目的：了解高干病区患者对家属陪伴的需求，以采取应对措施，帮助满足患者住院期间的情感需求。方法：采用问卷调查方法对128位高干病区住院患者进行调查。结果：调查结果显示目前高干病区陪伴人员类型与患者希望陪伴人员类型存在矛盾；家属陪伴时长与时间段与患者希望家属陪伴时长及时间段存在矛盾。结论：高干病区患者在住院期间对家属陪伴需求强烈，家属及医护人员应该引起重视，采取相应措施，解决患者对家属陪伴的需求，以保证患者在住院期间的情感需求，保持愉悦的身心，为治疗打下良好的基础。
Objective： To satisfy the emotional need of senior official patients by investigating their requirement for family accompany and taking corre sponding measures. Methods： Total 128 patients in senior official ward were investigated by questionnaire. Results： There are contradictions between current company staff type and the ideal company staff type in patients＇ expectancy. Current time duration and quantum of family accompany disaccorded with that of patients＇ hope either. Conclusions： The requirement of senior official patients for family accompany is strong. Medical staff and family members should pay more attention to this and take corresponding measures to satisfy the emotional requirement and to keep good mood of patients. These efforts will be helpful for treatment.
