摘要
分析配电网最优分段的基本思路,以典型架空线路接线模式为例,在保证分段可靠性的基础上,提出一种以投资费用、运行维护、线路损耗、停电损失等总费用最小为目标函数的配电网最优分段计算新方法。并通过算例,与只考虑可靠性得出的最优分段法比较,认为该考虑经济性的最优分段新方法的计算结果更科学合理,能够满足电力公司的长远利益。
Taking the connection mode of typical aerial cable as an example, this paper analyzes the base thought of distri- bution system optimized sectioning,advances a new distribu- tion system optimized sectioning method regarding the mini- mum total cost including investment, operation and mainte nance,line loss and outage cost as objective function as the objective function, comparing with the optimal sectioning computed by considering reliability, the result computed by the method mentioned is more reasonable and fulfills eco- nomical requirement and long-term benefits of power supply company.
