摘要
浙江水利数字图书馆由浙江水利水电学院图书馆建设,为水利行业提供文献信息资源服务.提出一种基于门户网站的高校图书馆社会化服务模式,将馆藏电子资源的导航与检索、馆藏书刊目录查询、文献传递、等扩展服务有机地整合在一起,使社会读者通过门户平台,远程访问、无缝获取所需信息和服务.并就遇到的版权、经费、特色资源建设等问题提出了解决对策.
Digital Library of Zhejiang Water Conservancy is constructed by Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power Library. Taking this digital library and its document information service for the water industry as an example, the social service mode of University Library is presented in this article based on web portals. And some questions encountered in rights, funds and the construction of characteristic resources are also analyzed as well as the corresponding solutions of remote access by the effective integration of information retrieval, catalogue index, document delivery.
