极压抗磨剂对高温复合锂基润滑脂性能的影响 被引量:4

Influence of extreme pressure anti-were addictive on performance of high temperature complex lithium-based grease

摘要 试验采用单因素变化法检测了6种极压抗磨添加剂T405、T321、T306、MoDDP、T203、T205在不同加量、不同温度下对复合锂基润滑脂性能的影响.利用滴点计、锥入度计、四球机、钢网分油器测定加入添加剂后润滑脂的滴点、锥入度、摩擦系数、极压性、抗磨性、钢网分油等性能指标.结果表明:向润滑脂中加入添加剂T321后,润滑脂的最大无卡咬负荷(PB)值有显著变化;加入MoDDP对润滑脂75℃时的磨斑直径(D392N30min)影响较大;加入T306和MoDDP对润滑脂150℃时的磨斑直径(D392N30min)影响较大;而加入T405对润滑脂的滴点影响较小,加入T306和T321对润滑脂的锥入度和钢网分油率影响较小. Using the single factor test to investigate the influence of six kinds of extreme pressure anti-wear agent (T405,T321,T306,MoDDP,T203,T205)on the complex lithium grease in different dosages and temperatures.Some performance indexes,dropping point,penetration,coefficient of friction,extreme pressure property,anti-wear property and steel mesh points oil,were determined with the use of dropping point meter,cone penetration instrument,four ball instrument and steel net oil separator after adding addi-tives.The results showed that T321 had greatly influence on maximum nonseizure load,and MoDDP had greatly influence on wear scar diameter in 75 ℃,at the same time T306 and MoDDP had greatly influence on wear scar diameter in 150 ℃,while T405 had less effect on dropping point than others,and T306 and T321 had less effect on penetration and points oil rate.
