摘要
从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益3个方面构建了甘肃省庆阳市土地利用效益评价指标体系，采用综合评价法和协调度分析模型对庆阳市2004-2009年的土地利用效益进行了评价。结果表明：庆阳市土地利用的经济效益和社会效益（除2007年）基本上呈现增长的趋势，生态效益呈现不稳定波动的趋势；庆阳市土地利用社会效益、经济效益、生态效益3大子系统协调度不高。
The land use benefits evaluation was established from economic,social and ecological bene-fits,the land use efficiency of Qingyang City from 2004 to 2009 was evaluated through comprehensive eval-uation and the model of coordination degree analysis method.The results showed that economic and social benefits（except 2007）showed growing trend,the ecological benefits showed an unstable trend.Three co-scheduling subsystem social benefits,the economic benefits and ecological benefit of land use coordination were not high.The analysis could make adj ustments of land use structure in timely and provide reference of land use planning for the future.
