摘要
试验以强耐盐自交系‘81162’‘8723’和盐敏感自交系‘P138’组配的2个玉米杂交组合为试验材料,研究了6种不同浓度NaCl处理(0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5mol/L)对2个玉米杂交种发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、胚根、胚芽、盐害指数的影响,分析了2个玉米杂交种的极限耐盐浓度.结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,2个玉米杂交种的发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、胚根及胚芽生长总体呈减小趋势,盐害指数则呈增大趋势,在0.5mol/L的NaCl浓度胁迫下2个玉米杂交种的盐害程度最大,‘81162’בP138’较‘8723’בP138’更耐盐.
Two maize hybrids were selected from two salt-tolerant lines (‘81162’and ‘8723’)and one salt-sensitive line (‘P138’).The germination potential,germination rate,the growth of embryo radicle,vig-or index and salt damage index were determined under NaCl stress treatments at 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4 and 0.5 mol/L.The results showed that all the indices (except for the salt damage index)decreased with the increase of NaCl concentrations.Both of the two maize hybrids showed the maximum degree of harmful effect caused by salt in the 0.5 mol/L treatment.The hybrid ‘81162’בP138’had a stronger tolerance than ‘81162’בP138’.
