摘要
研制了集成光学声光频谱分析器（IOAOSA）,系将波导短程透镜、导波声光Bragg调制器、半导体激光器和CCD探测器阵列混合集成于LiNbO3衬底上而成。实验表明,其带宽180MHz,分辨率6MHz,动态范围20dB。
Integrated optic Acousto-Optic Spectrum Analyzer （lOAOSA） is an optic-electronic device which has bright application potential in modern electro-warfare. It consists of waveguide geodesic lens, waveguide acousto-optic Bragg cell, semiconductor laser, and CCD detector-array, all these being integrated on LiNbO3 substrate in hybrid way. The test shows that major parameters of the developed 1OAOSA are good. Bandwidth, resolution, and dynamic range are 180MHz, 6MHz, and 20dB, respectively.
