摘要
在"差序格局"的中国农村社会中,经纪人带动型产业化组织一般运用关系治理机制来确保交易的顺利进行。受到声誉机制等治理方式的有效约束,在部分地区特别是经济欠发达或者较为偏远的农村地区中,农村经纪人在活跃农村市场、促进农业结构调整、带动农民增收等方面发挥着重要作用。但是,由于这类组织模式自身存在局限性以及缺乏有效的管理监督机制等问题的存在,经纪人带动型产业化组织的发展相当缓慢。在较发达地区,这类组织的数量已经逐渐减少,或者农村经纪人被其它类型的产业化组织内部化。从未来的发展来看,经纪人带动型产业化组织更多地会呈现出与其他产业化组织融合发展的趋势。
In the pattern of difference sequence of China＇s rural society, broker-led industrialized organization generally uses relational governance mechanisms to ensure the success of transactions. Being constrained effectively by some governing measures such as reputation mechanism, rural brokers play an important role in stimulating rural market, promoting agricultural restructuring, increasing farmers＇ income and so on. However, due to the limitations of this type of organization and the lack of effective management and supervision mechanism its development is very slow. In some more developed regions, the number of this organization have been gradually reduced, or rural brokers have been internalized by other types of industrialized organizations. From the future development, integration of the development of the broker-led organization and other types of industrialized organizations will be a trend.
