摘要
目的:考察当归芍药散对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:以高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型大鼠,观察当归芍药散干预后血脂的变化。结果:当归芍药散各给药组能明显减少血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的含量,增加高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和载脂蛋白A(ApoAI)含量,使全血粘度降低、血浆粘度降低。结论:当归芍药散对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂、全血粘度及血浆粘度异常具有一定的改善和治疗作用。
Objective ： To observe the effect of Danggui Shaoyao San on blood fat and hemorheology in hyperlipidemla rats. Methods： Sprague Dawley rats were administered with high fat diet to establish hyperlipidemia model and observe the effect of Danggui Shaoyao San. Results ： The levels of the serum TC, TG, LDL - C and ApoB were all decreased in all groups. All dose groups could markedly reduce all kinds of speed - whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. Conclu- sion ： Danggui Shaoyao San has a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.
