摘要
上海金萌集团与江西化工学校开展校企合作共同培养酒店管理专业人才——共同投资(common investment)、共同招生(common recruit)、共同编写教材(common compiled textbooks)、共同授课(common teaching)、共同管理实习和实训(common management practice and training)、共同评价(common evaluation)。校企双方共同努力,摸索出一种全过程、全方位人才培养模式,走出了一条校企合作的新路子,开拓了"校以企稳,企以校辉"的双赢局面。
