澳大利亚职业教育的市场化 被引量：3

摘要 澳大利亚在职业教育改革中引入市场化机制,为其职业教育带来新的活力,增进了职业教育的多样性和灵活性,逐步形成世界上较为先进的、具有代表性的职业教育模式。在市场化进程中,澳大利亚政府通过商业化拨款、职业教育券制度和将产业需求置于培训中心等方式发挥了主推者的作用;职业教育办学机构通过以生源市场为目标实行开放性入学、以学生为中心开展教学等方式发挥了实施者的作用;行业企业则通过积极参与校企合作、制定培训包和监督与评价教学质量等方式发挥了重要伙伴的作用。
