摘要
介绍了在 T—99新型固体磷酸催化剂作用下混合丁烯齐聚反应的研究。反应在空速3h-1 ,超临界相态(对比压力Pr≥1,对比温度Tr≥1)-近临界相态(Pr≥1,Tr<1)结合的条件下进行。反应温度从180℃提高到230℃,混合丁烯转化率由75%上升到94%,产物中二聚物异辛烯选择性Sc8在78%-%,十M烯选择性Sc12在6%-10%,Sc8与Sc12之和达到90%以上。
The article is a study about oligomerization of mixed butylenes by the catalysis with a new type solid phosphorus acid catalyst. Tests were carried enough at space velocity 3h-1, supercritical state(relative press Pr≥1, relative temperature Tr ≥1) - subcritical state(Pr≥1, Tr <1). Transformation Of mixed butylenes be raised from 75% to 94% when reactive temperature is going up from 180℃ to 230℃. selectivity of isooctene Sc8 is between 78% ~ 91%, selectivity Of dodecene Sc12 is at 6% ~10%. The sum of Sc8 and Sc12 is above 90 %.
