摘要
EAP作为企业提供给员工的一项精神福利,已逐步纳入中国企业的人力资源体系,但在本土化的过程中举步维艰。文章通过对EAP如何进行项目化管理进行探讨,分析EAP项目在各环节的实施内容、控制要点,希望能够对EAP服务机构有所借鉴,促进行业可持续健康发展。
As a kind of spirit benefits provided to employees by the enterprise, EAP has been gradually incorporated into human resource system of Chinese enterprise, but it is very difficult in the process of localization. By exploring EAP project management, this article analyzes the implementing content and control points of EAP project implementation in all aspects and aims to provide EAP services some help tO promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
