带线锚钉固定治疗Danis-Weber Ⅰ型外踝骨折 被引量：4

摘要 目的：探讨带线锚钉固定治疗Danis-WeberⅠ型外踝骨折的临床疗效.方法：采用带线锚钉固定治疗Danis-WeberⅠ型外踝骨折患者35例,男21例,女14例.年龄23～65岁,中位数43岁.所有患者均为闭合性骨折,其中交通伤7例、扭伤22例、高处坠落伤3例、重物砸伤3例.35例患者均在伤后3 d内进行手术,术后观察患者的临床疗效.结果：术后X线片示所有患者的骨折均达到解剖复位.本组患者均获随访,随访时间3～9个月,中位数7个月.所有患者的切口均甲级愈合,骨折均在10周内愈合,未发生骨折复位丢失.术后4个月按照Baird踝关节评分标准评定,优30例、良3例、可2例.结论：带线锚钉固定治疗Danis - WeberⅠ型外踝骨折,固定牢固,操作简单,骨折愈合好,踝关节功能恢复好,值得临床推广应用.
