摘要
本文对湖南省湘潭市的村官进行了问卷调查和深入访谈,指出了大学生村官与传统村官在自我效能、乐观、韧性和希望等诸多心理资本方面所表现出来的差异,分析了存在差异的主要原因,并提出了大学生村官与传统村官心理资本提升的对策建议,以更好地激发大学生村官与传统村官在新农村建设、新型城镇化建设、伟大中国梦的实现中发挥更大的促进作用。
This paper makes a questionnaire survey and interview to the village officials in Xiangtan City, Hunan Province. The results show that, there are some differences between college-graduated village officials and traditional village officials in some psychological capital aspects, such as self-efficacy, optimism, toughness and hope and so on. The main reasons are analyzed, and some countermeasures are presented to promoting the psychological capital of college-graduated and traditional village officials, so as to help them play their important roles in constructing new countryside and new-type urbanization and realizing the great Chinese dream.
