摘要
提出了基于知识和可视化技术的油泵设计方法。在方案设计阶段 ,可采用基于实例的设计方法或基于模型的设计方法 ,实例的设计方法将利用大量方案设计实例库支持主参数的设计 ,基于模型的方案设计是利用长期总结出来的设计流程、设计模型设计的。由于燃油喷射系统的复杂性 ,设计模型中存在大量的经验系数。我们利用数据库知识发现技术 ,从以往的设计任务、产品结构及调试评价等数据库中挖掘设计知识 ,找出设计经验系数的选取规律。燃油喷射过程以动画形式表现 ,喷射性能结果以模糊评价技术进行评判 ,并由模糊再设计专家系统辅助进行再设计。提出了基于约束的产品族设计方法来支持详细设计 ,并以装配仿真来评价。本文研究了这些关键技术 ,开发了相应的软件 ,并在工厂得到应用。
The fuel-pump designing method based on knowledge and visualization technology has been presented in this paper. In the concept design, the CBD (Case based d esign) or Model-based design method can be used. The KDD (knowledge discovery f rom database) technology is used to mining the design coefficient to suppor t the model-based design. The injection process is simulated. The concept d esign scheme will be checked and redesign by the fuzzy technology. In the detail ed design, the product family design method based on constrain is used, and the result is checked by the assembly simulation. These technologies have been researched, the corresponding software has been developed and applied in fac tory.
