摘要
流程工业中的计划调度是由全流程优化单元和若干局部流程优化单元组成的 ,这些单元构成了一个典型的层次结构的多智能体系统。我们对此系统进行了研究 ,并建立了基于多智能体系统的体系结构 ,具有通用性的流程工业计划调度原型试验系统。本文研究的问题包括系统结构、Agent之间的协作、过程数据通讯和存储、控制信息通讯协议和系统工作过程。相信 ,此研究对于建立实用的分布式生产优化计划调度系统将具有推动作用。
The planning/scheduling system of process in dustry includes a global optimization unit, which works at the level of the plan t, and several local optimization units, which work at the level of the local pr ocess. All these units construct a typical hierachical Multiagent System (MAS). We have studied this kind of system and built a prototype based on the MAS architecture. Our system can fit the requirements of different type of process industries. Th e issues that we have studied include the architecture of this kind of system, t he cooperation between Agents, the storage and communication of the production d ata, the communication protocol of the control information and system working pr ocess. The re sult of our research will greatly improve the realization of an efficient system .
