摘要
目的:探索高原环境及劳动作业对初上高原者身体的影响,同时总结尿酮体检测的注意事项,以进一步提高高原地区医疗检验工作者尿酮体检测的准确性和可靠性。方法:对2007-2012年270名初上高原者遵循普通尿常规检测流程:采集新鲜中段尿液标本,采用MA4210尿液分析仪,Uritest8A试纸条,检测尿液中各项常规指标,并对2007-2012年270名初上高原者尿酮检测结果进行了回顾性统计分析。结果:首次检测出尿酮体阳性的有33例(12.2%),各年份间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:初次进驻高原者尿酮体阳性率远高于与平原地区同龄健康人群,并与以下因素有关:(1)高原地域特殊性,(2)体检要求的特殊性,(3)检测方法的特殊性。要认真总结尿酮体检测的注意事项,以进一步提高高原地区医疗检验工作者尿酮体检测的准确性和可靠性。
Objective：To explore the effect of the plateau environment and labor assignments on the body of people entered the plateau in the beginning,and to summarize notes of the detection of urine ketone body,in order to further improve accuracy and reliability of the detection of urine ketone body for the medical inspection workers in plateau area. Method：A total of 270 people entered the plateau in the beginning from 2007 to 2012 were followed the normal routine urine test process：The fresh urine specimens in middle were collected,MA4210 urine analyzer and uritest8A dipsticks were used,then urine routine indexes were detected,and finally the results of urine ketone in 270 people entered the plateau in the beginning from 2007 to 2012 were retrospectively statistically analyzed. Result：33 cases（12.2%）were positive in the detection of urine ketone body for the first time,and there was no obvious difference between each year. Conclusion：The positive rate of urine ketone body in people entered the plateau in the first time is much higher than which in age-matched healthy crowd in plateau and plain region,and it is related to the following factors：（1）the geographical particularity of plateau,（2）the particularity of medical requirements,（3）the particularity of detection methods,carefully summarize notes of detection of urine ketone body,to further improve the accuracy and reliability of the detection of urine ketone body for the medical inspection workers in plateau area.
