摘要
目的:探讨心脏体外循环手术后并发精神障碍的相关因素及护理干预。方法:将本院2010年3月-2013年3月收治的心脏体外循环手术患者60例随机分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规心脏围手术期护理,干预组在对照组的基础上采取护理干预措施。综合比较两组患者术后精神障碍发生的情况,并对其原因进行分析。结果:对照组术后出现抑郁、焦虑、谵妄等精神障碍8例,发生率为26.67%,干预组2例,发生率为6.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心脏外科手术患者进行术前、术中、术后的护理干预能够有效减少患者术后精神障碍的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the related factors analysis and nursing study of patients with psychogeny after heart bypass surgery. Method：Sixty cases of heart bypass surgery patients in the hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were divided into the intervention group and the control group,each group of 30 cases. The control group was given routine care while the intervention group was given nursing intervention care base on routine care. The incidence of psychogeny and the reasons were compared after nursing between the two groups. Result：There were 7 cases（23.3%）of psychogeny in the control group,which were higher than that 2 cases（6.7%）in the intervention group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention has a good effects on reducing the incidence of psychogeny after heart bypass surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
