摘要 2013年国务院办公厅印发的《国民旅游休闲纲要》,将职工带薪休假制度基本落实作为主要目标,引发社会各界对我国带薪休假制度的广泛讨论。带薪休假是法律赋予广大劳动者的合法权益,落实带薪休假制度具有深远的积极意义。应突破现实中带薪休假制度执行的障碍,真正让职工带薪休假口惠实至。 This year, the State Council issued the Outline of the National Tourism and Leisure. The workers paid leave system is basically implemented as the main target. It leads community discussions on paid leave system. Paid leave is conferred by law the legitimate interests of the majority of workers. Implementation of paid leave system has positive significance. We explore ways to solve the reasons for the implementation of paid leave system.
