摘要
目的探讨阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能与血尿酸水平的关系。方法选取30例AD患者和30例健康对照者,运用简易智能量表(MMSE)对患者的认知功能进行评估。测评认知功能的当天清晨,空腹抽血测定血糖、血尿酸、血脂水平。结果AD患者和健康对照组的简易智能状态评分分别为(15.9±3.0)和(28.3±1.7),AD患者低于健康对照者(P〈O.01)。两组血糖、血脂结果的比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),AD患者的血尿酸平均水平为68.62μmol/L,健康对照组血尿酸平均水平为82.44μmol/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论AD患者血尿酸水平降低,低尿酸水平可能与AD患者的认知功能障碍相关。
Objective To assess the relationship between the cognitive function and the level of serum uric acid in A1- zheimer's disease (AD). Methods Thirty patients with AD and 30 normal control subjects were included. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) was used to evaluate their cognitive function. In the morning of the day to examine the cognitive function, fasting blood glucose, serum uric acid and serum lipid (cholesterol, triglyceride) of all the objects were analyzed by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The patients with AD had lower MMSE scores (15.9±3.0) than control (28.3± 1.7) (P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference about fasting blood glucose and serum lipid between the two groups (P〉0.05). The serum uric acid level in AD (245±68.62) μ mol/L was lower than that in control (311 ±82.44) μ mol/L, and there was marked statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of serum uric acid is lower in elderly patients with AD than in the normal controls. There is correlation between the serum uric acid and cog- nitive impairment. Lower level of serum uric acid predicts worse cognitive scores.
