摘要
针对Internet的服务质量较低的问题，描述改善Internet服务质量的若干途径，并主要针对RSVP这一重要的改善Internet服务质量的方法详细加以分析。
This paper provides some ways of improving quality of service to the Internet,especially the RSVP protocol,and analyses its advantages and shortcomings.
