摘要
中国竹类资源丰富,但竹材利用率不高,竹材加工备料过程中产生大量的废弃物。液化是实现生物质资源综合利用的一种有效方法,对竹废料进行常压溶剂催化液化可得到富含活性羟基的液态分子,作为高分子新型材料的基料,具有广泛的应用前景。本文对生物质的液化方法进行了概述,并介绍了利用竹材废料的液化产物,制备聚氨酯材料的研究现状及应用价值,对其发展前景进行了展望,为今后我国竹材废弃物的高效利用提供参考。
China is rich in bamboo resources, but the utilization of bamboo is not high,and large amounts of wastes were produced in bamboo processing and preparation process. Liquefaction is an effective method for the comprehensive utilization of biomass resources. With solvent catalyzed, the bamboo pro- cessing wastes can be liquefied at ordinary pressure, to obtain liquid molecules with active hydroxyl groups. These molecules can be widely used as basic materials to produce new macromolecule materials. In this paper, the researches of liquefaction and that bamboo processing wastes utilized to manufacture polyurethane materials were summarized under the current using situation, and its development prospect was also discussed, in order to provide a reference for the future utilization of bamboo processing wastes.
