摘要
旨在建立一种新型的搜索引擎，它利用模糊的方法，动态收集和使用人的智能，并在用户的搜索过程中不断地自我学习，以一种人类的方式积累经验和知识，从而同时提高搜索引擎的查准率和查全率。
This article is aimed to construct a new type of search engine. In the construction of the search engine, a fuzzy method is used to collect and utilize the humans intelligence dynamically. During the process of users' searching, this search engine can accumulate the experience and knowledge automatically, just as the human beings behavior. Through this way, the search engine can improve both the accuracy and the extension at the same time.
