摘要
破伤风是一种病死率高但可以有效预防的疾病。我国目前还没有破伤风的预防指南,广大医师对破伤风的预防普遍存在误区。不正确的预防破伤风不仅效果差,而且是对有限医疗资源的巨大浪费,同时也让患者及医生承担巨大的医疗风险。因此,正确认识并掌握破伤风的预防方法,尽快制定出符合我国实际的破伤风预防指南具有重大的现实意义。
Tetanus has high mortality rate but can be effectively prevented. Most doctors have some com mon misconceptions in the prevention of tetanus because of no guideline in China. If tetanus can not be prevented in right way, the result will be bad, the limited health resource will be wasted greatly, and patients and doctors will face related medical risks. So getting the right way and establishing the guideline for prevention of tetanus are signifi cantly important.
