超声技术——类风湿关节炎治疗随访中的重要手段 被引量：4

摘要 RA是一种慢性炎症性骨侵蚀性疾病，近年来目标治疗是其成功治疗的重要内容和关键所在，因此在整个治疗过程中临床医生需要密切监测RA患者的病情变化，及时准确地了解患者的疾病活动度，并根据病情变化制定合理的治疗方案。过去多年来，临床医生往往根据患者的临床表现和实验室结果间接地评估关节的炎症程度。近年来，随着新型影像学技术，尤其是肌肉骨骼超声的出现，使得对RA患者的随访评价能力迈上了一个新台阶。
