F株鸡毒支原体疫苗对肉鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:7

Influence of F-strain Mycoplasma gallisepticum vaccine on productive performance of broilers

摘要 目的探讨F株鸡毒支原体(F-strain Mycoplasma gallisepticum,FMG)疫苗对商品肉鸡和父母代肉种鸡生产性能的影响。方法将200羽岭南黄商品肉鸡平均分为4组:免疫攻毒组[免疫FMG疫苗,并用MG强毒株VMG的标准株(R株,RMG)攻毒]、未免疫攻毒组(不免疫FMG疫苗,用RMG攻毒)、免疫未攻毒组(只免疫FMG疫苗,不用RMG攻毒)和对照组(不免疫FMG疫苗,且不用RMG攻毒);将3 000羽父母代肉种鸡平均分为2组:免疫组(免疫FMG疫苗)和对照组(不免疫FMG疫苗)。再按照养殖场常用免疫程序,商品肉鸡于7日龄免疫新城疫(Newcastle disease,ND)疫苗,父母代肉种鸡于8日龄免疫ND疫苗。采用双重PCR检测两种鸡FMG和VMG,半自动型生化分析仪分析商品肉鸡部分血液指标,测定两种鸡的生长性能指标和血清ND免疫抗体滴度。结果在商品肉鸡和父母代肉种鸡中,FMG疫苗免疫鸡群的VMG检出率和料重比均显著低于未免疫鸡群,总增重和ND免疫抗体滴度均显著高于未免疫鸡群(P<0.05)。相同日龄的各组商品肉鸡血清中SCA、SCHOL、TP、SUN的含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FMG疫苗能有效降低MG感染带来的风险,促进肉鸡生产性能的提升,增加经济效益。 Objective To investigate the influence of F-strain Mycoplasma gallisepticum (FMG) vaccine on the productive performance of commercial broilers and parent broiler chicken breeders. Methods Two hundred Lingnanhuang commereial broilers were divided into four groups, three test and one control, in average. The broilers in test group 1 were immunized with FMG vaccine and challenged with standard strain R of virulent M. gallisepticam (VMG), i. e. RMG, while those in test group 2 were unimmunized but challenged with RMG, those in test group 3 were immunized with FMG vaccine but unchallenged, and those in control group were unimmunized and unchallenged. However, 3 000 parent broiler chicken breeders were immunized with FMG vaccine, using those unimmunized as control. Besides this, the commercial broilers were immunized with Newcastle disease(ND) vaccine at age of 7 d, while the parent broiler chicken breeders at age of 8 d, according to the routine immune schedule. The presences of FMG and VMG in both commercial broilers and parent broiler chicken breeders were tested by duplex PCR, while the partial blood indexes of commercial broilers by semi-automatic biochemical analyzer. The growth performance indexes and serum ND antibody titers of commercial broilers and parent broiler chicken breeders were determined. Results Positive rate of VMG and feed conversion of vaccinated commercial broilers and parent broiler chicken breeders were significantly lower, while the total gain and ND antibody titer were significantly higher, than those unvaccinated (P 〈 0. 05). However, no significant differences were observed in the serum calcium (SCA), serum total cholesterol (SCHOL), total protein (TP) and serum urea nitrogen (SUN) contents of commercial broilers at the same age (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion FMG vaecine decreased the risk associated with MG, facilitated the productive performance of broilers, and increased the economic benefit.
