摘要 睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（sleepapneahypopneasyndrome，SAHS）是指每晚7小时睡眠过程中呼吸暂停反复发作30次以上，或睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数（apneahyponeaindex，AHI）≥5次／h，并伴有嗜睡等临床症状；
