摘要
目的：观察四物汤加减对减少脑梗死复发的临床治疗效果。方法：将首次诊断为脑梗死90例患者,随机分成两组,治疗组45例,在阿斯匹林治疗的基础上配合服用加味四物汤,制成煮散,每天1小包,加水200~300ml浸泡10分钟,煎煮沸后5分钟,过滤去粗渣取汁,每天分3次服用。对照组45例,常规服用阿斯匹林100mg/d防治,随访一年,观察脑梗死的复发情况。结果：治疗组复发3例,复发率6.7%,对照组复发8例,复发率17.8%。治疗组降脂效果,颈动脉内-中膜厚度（IMT）及血管斑块面积改善明显尤于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论：在阿斯匹林治疗的基础上配合四物汤加减治疗,能有效降低血脂,抑制斑块的形成,减缓动脉硬化,改善大脑供血,减少脑梗死的发复,值得推广应用。
Objective：To observe Siwutang subtraction to reduce the recurrence of cerebral infarction clinical effect. Lipid-lowering effect of the treatment group, carotid intima - media thickness （IMT） and vascular plaque area improved significantly, especially in the control group, P〈0.05, statistical- ly significant. Conclusion：In aspirin therapy based on complex Siwutang Treating, can effectively reduce cholesterol, inhibit plaque forma- tion, slowing atherosclerosis, improve blood supply to the brain, reducing hair re-infarction, should be widely applied.
