摘要
目的:观察隔附子饼灸配合鲑鱼降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组采用鲑鱼降钙素结合维D钙咀嚼片,治疗组采用隔附子饼灸配合鲑鱼降钙素结合维D钙咀嚼片。观察患者治疗前后中医症状体征量化分级积分及骨密度BMC、BMD的变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔附子饼灸配合鲑鱼降钙素是治疗原发性骨质疏松症的有效方法之一。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Fu Zi （Aeonium Carmichaeli）-separated moxibustion combined with salmon calcitonin on primary osteoporosis. Methods： 60 eases with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group（n=30）and treatment group（n= 30 ）. The control group were treated with salmon calcitonin and calcium supplement with Vitamine-D chewable tablets, and the treatment group were treaded with Fu Zi （Aeonium Carmichaeli ）-separated moxibustion additionally. The symptoms and signs quantitative graded seores,BMC and BMD were compared before and after treatment. Result： Compared with two groups, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）, that the treatment group is more effective than the control group. Conclusion： Aconite-partitioned moxibustion combined with salmon calcitonin is one of the effective methods in treating primary osteoporosis.
