摘要
目的:评估两种分析系统测定凝血试验的可比性。方法:Sysmex CA 7000血凝仪和Becman-Coulter ACL TOP 700血凝仪都有各自配套的校准品和质控品,为独立的分析系统,分别被称为A、B系统。用A和B系统分别测定40份患者新鲜血浆的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和纤维蛋白原(Fib)。以A系统测定结果为自变量(X),B系统测定结果为因变量(Y),对测定结果进行线性回归分析。以A系统为参考系统,用回归方程对B系统的测定结果进行校正,并且与A系统测定结果进行一致性比较。结果:与A系统测定结果比较,校正后的结果差异无显著性(P>0.05),相关性显著(r>0.975)),可接受比均值≥80%。结论:以一个测定系统为参考,依据新鲜血浆测定结果,用线性回归方程校正另一测定系统测定结果,两个分析系统的测定结果具有较好的可比性,临床可以接受。
Objective To evaluate the comparability of results measured by two clotting analyzers. Method The Sysmex CA7000 and the Beckman- Coulter ACL TOP 700 was named analytical system A and B for integrating with reference plasma and controll plasma respectively. The prothrombin time（ PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（ APTT） and fibrinogen（ Fib） were measured by the analytical system A and B in 40 fresh plasmas respectively. The results were treated for linear regression analysis,the data from the analytical system A and B was regarded to independent variable and dependent variable respectively. The analytical syetem A was regard to the reference. The data from annalytical system B was corrected with regression equation and compared with the reference. Result There were no significance difference（ P 〉0. 05） and significance correlation（ r 〉0. 975） between measured results and corrected results,and the average of acceptabilitys was ≥80%. Conclusion After corrected with regression equation,there was good comparability between two analytical syestems,and the results were receptive.
