摘要
将环境污染事故的特点与知识库的原理相结合,研究了应急决策支持系统中知识库的构建关键问题,给出了规则和推理机制及知识库的实现原型,为实现决策方法的智能选择提供了有效的解决方案。基于GIS和知识库系统的研究,进行了流域污染事故应急决策支持系统的功能需求分析,并设计建立了该系统,为流域环境的应急管理提供了技术支持。
According to the characteristics of the river pollution incidents and the principle of" knowledge base, research on constructing knowledge base of emergency decision support system (EDSS) was carried out. The knowledge base prototype was presented with the rules and reasoning mechanism, which will provide effective emergency plan for intelligent decision. Based on the technologies of G1S and knowledge base, a logistic structure and function structure of EDSS on the ground of functional requirement of response to river pollution were analyzed, providing technical support for river basin emergency management.
