摘要
[目的]为了研究羟丙基甲基纤维素溶液黏度的影响因素及变化规律。[方法]采用控制变量法,依次对羟丙基甲基纤维素质量分数、温度、pH、促凝剂、盐分等影响因素进行探究。[结果]黏度随着羟丙基甲基纤维素质量分数的增加呈指数增加的变化趋势;随着温度的降低,黏度降低;黏度几乎不受酸碱的影响;结冷胶与羟丙基甲基纤维素的相容性良好,具有黏度行为协同效应;随着盐分质量分数的增加,黏度逐步降低,趋于稳定。[结论]低黏度羟丙基甲基纤维素溶液的应用性能受到羟丙基甲基纤维质量分数、温度和盐分等因素的影响。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to explore the influencing factors and variation of the viscosity of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution. [ Method ] The factors of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose mass fraction, temperature, pH, coagulant, salt, etc were studied by con- trolling the variable method. [ Result] Viscosity of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose increased cellulose content exponentially. With decreasing temperature, the viscosity decreased. Viscosity was almost independent of pH. Gellan gum and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose had good com- patibility with viscosity behavior synergy. With salt content increased, the viscosity gradually decreased and stabilized. [ Conclusion] Applica- tion performance low viscosity hydroxypropyl methylcellulose hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution was affected by concentration, tempera- ture, salinity and other factors.
